Summary of change: Upgrade Veeam Cloud Connect to version 12.1 The following software needs to be upgraded.
Upgrade Veeam Backup & Replication to version 12.1 - Current build 12.0.0.1420 P20230718, New build 12.1.0.3208_20231130 Upgrade Veeam One to version 12.1- Current build 12.0.0.2498, New build 12.1.1.56_20240116
While the upgrade is in progress, no backup data will be received through Cloud Connect.
The start time in the outage notification is purposely set 1 hour before the scheduled upgrade time so that the service can be put into maintenance mode to allow backup jobs for existing connections to complete.
Business reason for change: The upgrade contains new features and bug fixes which will help improve the stability of the platform.
